As a Reiki Master Teacher and lightworker, I am dedicated to supporting women, especially moms, who are navigating life's challenges and seeking spiritual awakening. My journey began in the fitness world, where I saw the incredible transformations that happen when the body is nurtured. But I soon realized that real healing comes from within—the mental, emotional, and energetic spaces we often overlook.
